The Bristol design is a 1 1/2 story version of our Bradford ranch plan.
Everything you loved about the Bradford is still there - but now you have a
second floor with enormous loft space, king-sized 2nd bedroom, and full bath.
The first floor family room is now open to the loft above, adding drama to this
spacious room. The standard Bristol also converts the 2nd main floor bedroom
to a living room with a half bath in lieu of a full bath. Or you may choose
to have this space as a 3rd bedroom with a 3rd full bath, ready for visiting
guests! Another option is to make the living room a study by adding French
glass doors, keeping the standard half bath. While many ranch villa buyers
are looking to add more space in their basement, the Bristol allows you the
opportunity to add space on the 2nd floor - resulting in more dramatic spaces.
