The Bradford The Bradord Ranch Plan is our showcase villa home - distinctively different than any other villa plan currently available in the St. Louis market!  Considerably larger than other ranch plans with its 1,655 square feet, the Bradford is an open design highlighted by one large family gathering space consisting of the kitchen, dining area, and hearth room.  The gourmet kitchen comes with a butterfly island and plenty of cabinets.  You can fit a full-sized dining room set in the dining area.  You will come to appreciate the hearth room the most, offering you a cozy space to enjoy the optional gas fireplace or watch TV with the optional TV niche above.  The hearth room is open through two drywall openings into the front family room area, creating a wonderful area for entertaining family and friends.  The master bedroom and bath are privately located away from the general living room area.  An optional master suite is available as an option.  The second bedroom is located in the front of the design and can be used as a study.
